The proceedings will be reviewed for possible publication within the SCOPUS (Elsevier), or Compendex (Elsevier) or THOMSON REUTERS (SCI) indexed journals.
The best paper will be selected by separate committee and will be the one that reports the most novel and promising research work that has a high potential impact in the real world.
Acceptance: After a
double-blind peer review, qualifying Regular Papers may be accepted
as either Full Papers or Short Papers.
Publication: Regular
Papers will be assigned a 7-page limit in the Conference
Proceedings. High quality selected
papers will be reviewed for possible publication in the
following SCOPUS (Elsevier), or Compendex
(Elsevier) or THOMSON REUTERS (SCI) indexed journals

Papers must meet the aim and scope of the preferred journal.
Presentation: Regular Papers classified as Full Papers are awarded a 20’ minutes slot for an oral presentation at the conference. Regular Papers classified as Short Papers are given either a 10’ minutes slot for an oral presentation or assigned to present at a Poster Session.
Researchers are encouraged to submit their work electronically. The submission must be initially for the abstract and later for full paper. All papers will be fully refereed by a minimum of three specialized referees. Before final acceptance, all referees comments must be considered. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings. Best papers awards will be distributed during the conference.
Papers reporting original and unpublished research results pertaining to the related topics are solicited. Full paper manuscripts must be in English of up to 7 pages (using the IEEE two-column template instructions in APA style).
Submissions should include the title, author(s), affiliation(s), e-mail address(es), abstract, and postal address(es) on the first page.

Papers will be selected based on their originality, timeliness, significance, relevance, and clarity of presentation. Paper submission implies the intent of at least one of the authors to register and present the paper, if accepted.
The author(s) who intend to submit their work but are unable to attend the conference in absentia may register for "Presentation in Absentia". The authors may choose the option to present the paper through SKYPE.
If you are a single author and cannot attend the conference, you may choose to attend the conference in Absentia by paying the registration fee for "Presenting in Absentia". You shall be sent a Certificate of Participation in Absentia, Conference Proceedings CD and relevant literature by post.
If your paper is co-authored with two or more authors and all the co-authors are unable to attend the conference, any one of the co-authors may choose to attend the conference in Absentia by paying the registration fee for "Presenting in Absentia. You shall be sent one set of Certificate of Participation in Absentia, Conference Proceedings CD and relevant literature by mail/post.
